Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are handmade and carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow 8–10 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is included in the price of most items. If shipping is not included, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Return and Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
Because each MoonWired piece is handmade and created with care, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or other reasons unrelated to damage or defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me at moonwiredstorm@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order information and photos of the issue so I can review it and determine the best way to help.
